What is the most efficient binder-backpack system?

for high school…something light

I just use a plain Jansport backpack with the two pouches and a one inch binder with the dividers, that pretty much does it for me. It also helps to keep the binder in the back of it so it doesnt make you backpack look big and lumpy, also dont have it real low most people pull the straps as high as they can go so they dont look like nerds

Hunting Backpack

Pack Day

Is it worse for your health if you smoke 1 or 2 unfiltered cigarettes/day than a whole filtered pack?

I am trying to quit smoking, but i’m unable to do it “cold turkey”. I’ve found that i can smoke a lot less if i rip off the filter on my cigarettes (a couple / day ). Am I making things even worse now than when i was smoking a pack+ / day of filtered ones?

The filters are just there to fool you into thinking the cigarettes are safer, study after study has shown they have no health benefits whatsoever.

School Pack

What are some lunches I can pack for school?

What are some meals I can pack for school that don’t require heating up? I don’t have access to a microwave.
A little variety would be nice, besides the typical sandwich.

Sandwiches on wholewheat bread – experiment with different fillings to add variety. Some ideas are tuna mayonnaise, chicken with salad and mayonnaise, bacon lettuce and tomato, egg mayonnaise and cress, peanut butter, ham salad, cheese and pickle, nutella etc.

You could make wraps instead of sandwiches – use wholewheat tortillas, and similar fillings – chicken or turkey with salad and mayonnaise would work well.

Salads – prepare a salad at home which you can eat later. You could add meat such as cold bacon or chicken, prawns, tuna, croutons, dressing etc or you could make a cold pasta salad. Fruit salads would work well too if you prefer.

Crackers with cheese.

You could buy a pre-packaged pie or pasty and eat it cold.

In addition to the main aspect of the meal, take some snacks. These could include a granola bar, fruit yoghurt, chips, nuts and dried fruit, fresh fruit such as an apple or banana etc.
