How do I drink from a hydration pack?

I just bought a Denali hydration pack. I has no instructions with it and I have tried to bite and suck but that doesn’t work.It also has a thing that says twist to open, I twisted that and that did nothing . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Assault Pack

Any recommendations for an assault pack?

I’m trying to find a good, small, modern (i.e. with MOLLE attatchment strips) backpack to use as an assault/combat pack, that can hold basics and equipment (a change of clothes, some medical supplies, extra magazines, NVGs, poncho, and an MRE or two), preferably with a built-in hydration system.

Haven’t bought much tactical gear before, so I’ve no experience to work with for what brands are good, what models are good, etc.

does the camel pack contain water on its own or does it need a reservoir?

its the same as “velcro” and hook and loop tape.
one is a name brand product, and one is a generic name
they are actually the same thing

Jansport Backpack

If you have to choose a backpack, easy is to remark that there are a multitude of them. Thus, the choice can be difficult. So, since JanSport is a popular brand and because the JanSport The Hex backpack appears to be a researched backpack in Google, here is a review of what one might get with this JanSport backpack.

Which is your favorite? My brother game me a pair of his beat up Army digitals, but my favorite is the air force’s which is set to come out soon.

I like the Marine digitals because it has a darker tone to it so that it is a better camoflague. The Air Force is the next best because of the tiger stripe design. And, even though my dad is in the Army, the ACUs are last because they have no real purpose but for radar stealth.
