What are good running shoes for hiking as well?

I am going hiking/walking on trail terrain and I noticed that I really don’t have any running shoes or shoes for this as well. Can someone advise me to which shoes are very comfortable for running but can also be used a few times without strain for hiking/trails? Oh and by running shoes I mean for women. Thank you!

A father came home from a long business trip to find his young son riding a brand new bike.
“Where did you get the money for that?” he asked. “It must have cost over 300 dollars!”

“I earned it hiking,” replied the boy.

“Hiking??? Come on son; tell your Dad the truth. Nobody can make that sort of money hiking. Where did you Really get the cash from?”

“It’s like I say, Dad. Every night when you were gone, Mr. Goldberg from the bank would come over to see Mom. He’d give me a 20 dollar bill and tell me to take a hike!”

Going backpacking. How can I carry backpack plus rather large camera bag?

I prefer camera backpacks such as lowepro computreker, is there anything out there same capacity but more versatile, like a shoulder bag or even better a backpack/shoulder bag.
Please help, much appreciated
