great vid sean.. DOnt listen to the sarcastic comments on here mate… I really enjoy ya vids so keeep em coming!

  2. regondi says:

And good hunting to you sir.

  3. dartmoordog says:

regondi – May I say I fully accept and sincerly appreciate your words – Good hunting.

  4. regondi says:

dartmoordog Kyyakk is 100 percent correct. If I offended you in anyway I humbly apologize. The way I opened my statement was inappropriate and uncalled for. We are hunters and all in all we are all after the same thing, there are different ways to go about it but I forgot an important rule, and that is one of respect. My apologies.

  5. regondi says:

    YOu are right Sir.

  6. Kyyakk says:

I don’t understand this feud between these hunters… We (hunters) should come together, not fight.

  7. dartmoordog says:

Hahaha. You are funny, it is pussies like me, my father and grandfather who have had a total of 38 years service in the Britsh armed forces between us. Royal Navy (GF, WW1) Royal Marines RN(F, WW2) Britsh Army myself, who would stand for no one threatening my country. No wonder no one likes Americans with dicks like you spouting off. If a rifle is “not as accurate” then surely it is inaccurate. Strive for perfection like any proud hunter should. Listen, then you might learn from people who know

  8. regondi says:

Also I can see why England is no longer a super power it’s pussies like you who would not take offense at your country being thrown under the bus. Jesus you Brits need to get your heads out of your asses. It’s funny too how I’ve hunted all over the US and not once encountered a Brit as a manager of anything. LOL

  9. regondi says:

I didn’t agree with you in the end. You sir need to use a dictionary. Inaccuaracy means a lack of accuracy. When you are talking about inaccurate firearms they are for all intents and purposes useless. A bipod attached to the barrell is not as accurate as resting the forend but it is far from useless. I would rather have my barrell resting than in my hand.
Am I a professional nope, never claimed to be. But I cannot argue with all the deer I have taken in such a fashion. Get over yourself.

  10. dartmoordog says:

Couple of things. Thanks for agreeing with me in the end regarding barrell contact. I never said it made a rifle useless, I said innacurate. Great “Cock sucker” comment, you just proved my point. Brilliant. An American making negative comments about my country would bother me not a jot. Any hunter with any respect for his quarry would ensure nothing would interfere with the accuracy of his rifle. It is called professionalism. That is why British hunters are used around the world for management.

  11. regondi says:

You are right bad way to start the conversation. However don’t start throwing Americans under the bus because that right there means you are a cock sucker. Not once did I ever make negative reference to your home land. Now while contact with the barrel may make the gun less accurate than forend support it does not make it useless. I have the trophies to prove it and that’s a fact. So as far as I’m concerned this conversation is over.

  12. dartmoordog says:

Bye the way sir, you may like to review your first sentence of your initial reply “Please know what your talking about before you say anything.” This may explain my attitude towards you my friend. But thanks for the “God of the Woods” title, I like that, I may change my youtube name to that. Cheers.

  13. dartmoordog says:

God of the woods – You Americans are so funny, how dare anyone question you, shame on me. My cull record shows over 1500 deer grassed, over 26 years I would take around 8-10 deer a week with either of my rifles, depending on species. Any trained hunter/stalker/sniper will know that when a rifle is fired it causes the barrel to vibrate. Anything which interferes with this vibration (signature), like contact with ANY object, can have a detrimental effect on accuracy. FACT
    CLEAR ENOUGH FOR YOU.

  14. regondi says:

Firstly i think you need to take a valium. Secondly i hunt as well sir and have been doing so for many years. i take at least 1 deer every season so please do not talk to me like I’m an idiot. i have a Remington 76 pump in 30-06 which makes it impossible to attach a bipod to the FOREND, therefore I have a bipod which attaches to the BARRELL and it works just fine,. So please do not act like God of the woods because it doesn’t fly with me.

    IS THAT CLEAR ENOUGH?

  15. dartmoordog says:

I think you need to know your facts before you profes to know anything about shooting a rifle, and critisise experienced hunters. I said you should never rest your BARRELL on anything, anyone who knows even a little about using a rifle will know that. I have three hunting rifles and am a qualified Deer Stalker , all with bipods, which are fixed to the FOREND, not the barrell. I will say it again “Never rest a rifle BARRELL on anything, it will make it inaccurate” Is that clear enough!

  16. regondi says:

Please know what your talking about before you say anything. Resting the rifle makes it more accurate not less. you can buy mono pods and bi pods for just that purpose. Snipers use that stuff all the time as well as hunters.

  17. miguel0041 says:

hey were u stooned when u made that vid , shit`s funny as hell

  18. seanmulhall says:

Thank you. I thinkl I mentioned in the video that I dont own a gun so would not be aware of that. I only made this as a prototype experiment. Thanks.

  19. dartmoordog says:

I dont wish to sound, in any way, critical. But, you never rest a rifle barrell on anything. It will make it inaccurate.

  20. sammyblessed says:

or buy a teliscopic gun rest

  21. nowhereusa says:

like sean said its designed to rest a rifle on for taking a shot. Whether its much use depends on if you want to carry extra weight *rifle plus ammo is already heavy* how far your shooting, and whether you can use natural surroundings as a support. Not many people i know bother with them. Most either use a tree themselves or a bipod

  22. JRNY1605 says:

So…no rifle, no experience, impractical, and heavy….hmm good video

  23. ironmanm5 says:

ray mears does videos from the wilderness, you do it from your garage..LOL

  24. seanmulhall says:

    yes.
